Pandit K. B. Parsai (1922–2009) hailed from a distinguished lineage in Madhya Pradesh, a family that had practiced astrology for nearly twenty-five successive generations. Academically accomplished, he earned a double Master’s degree, the prestigious Sahitya Ratna qualification, and advanced credentials in Dharma Shastra. In his professional career, he served as a Director in the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of India before retiring from public service. Widely respected for his astrological insight, he contributed a regular weekly astrology column to leading newspapers across India. Among his notable publications are Star Guide to Love & Marriage, Star Guide to Winning Elections, and Star Guide to Niryana Table of Houses.

Pandit D. K. Parsai, the youngest son of Pandit K. B. Parsai, continues the family’s long-standing astrological heritage. He completed his B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Delhi, followed by postgraduate studies in Marketing Management and Computer Science in the United States, where he resided for sixteen years. During his time abroad, he worked with a leading software firm before returning to India to assist his father and further pursue astrology. Over the years, he has earned recognition both in India and internationally for the precision of his forecasts. Together with his father, he co-authored respected works such as Star Guide to Niryana Table of Houses and Star Guide to Winning Elections. Currently, he serves as a Project Director at a prominent IT company in India and resides in Noida.
